As well as family homes, we refurbish commercial spaces and properties for landlords and developers. The trades are the same, but the priorities are different: a fixed programme, minimal disruption, and a property that’s ready to trade, let or sell on the agreed date.
Commercial projects
- Office refurbishments: partitions, ceilings, lighting, flooring and decoration
- Shop and retail unit refurbishments
- Kitchenettes, toilets and accessible facilities
- Repairs and redecoration at the end of a lease
Residential projects for landlords and developers
- Refurbishing flats and houses between tenancies
- Full refurbishments of properties bought to let or sell
- Reconfiguring layouts, with the right approvals in place
- Kitchens, bathrooms and decorating to a rental or sale standard
Working in occupied buildings
Commercial and mixed-use buildings come with extra requirements: landlord consent for alterations, fire safety, and access for neighbours and shared areas. We agree working hours and site rules in advance, and keep the areas around the work safe and clean.
Common questions
Can you work outside business hours?
Where the building allows it, yes. We’ll agree working hours with you and your landlord before the job starts.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Yes. We can work directly with your agent or property manager to arrange access, and send photos of the finished work.
